Is Flowers uses the Petals Florist Network to process deliveries to other areas within Australia and overseas. The following terms and conditions reflect the polices of is Flowers, and (where applicable) the delivery conditions of the Petals Florist Network.

Monday to Friday Deliveries

Same day delivery is provided throughout Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 2pm in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed. Same day delivery is provided throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 12:00pm in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.

Saturday Deliveries

Same day delivery is provided throughout Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 11am in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed. Same day delivery is provided throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 10:30am in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.

Delivery Notes:

• Deliveries to remote or difficult delivery areas may not be same-day guaranteed.
• We cannot guarantee Sunday deliveries, or on public holidays.
• Most other international orders can be delivered within 48 hours.
• We do not guarantee the delivery of any product if the recipient refuses to accept delivery, the address is incorrect, or the recipients cannot be located or contacted.

Substitution Policy

Images found on this site are used as guides only and may not be exactly the same as the final product. Is Flowers reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the availability of flower types and containers worldwide. Every effort will be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and color and using any flower varieties specified, according to the order description. Specific flower types may be indicated on the order, subject to seasonal availability.

Recipient "Not at Home"

We cannot be responsible if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. If there is a contact phone number on the order form, the supplying florist may contact the recipient to check if they are at the location before they attempt to deliver. If there is no phone number provided, the supplying florist will attempt to deliver on the specified delivery date. If the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, the supplying florist will try to leave a "not at home" card. This card explains the situation and asks the recipient to contact the supplying florist. The florist will deliver the order at a later date if the recipient replies to the "not at home" card. Additional delivery charges may apply if the supplying florist has to deliver more than once. Alternatively, the recipient may have to collect the order at the florist's premise.

Cancellations

We cannot cancel any order that has already been made up by a supplying florist.

Difficult Deliveries

We cannot guarantee delivery to hospitals (especially Intensive Care Units), ships, jails, secure buildings, hotels or within Defense establishments.

Timed Deliveries

It is not possible to guarantee deliveries at specific times. Delivery times are best expressed as AM, PM or ASAP, and are usually made during local business hours. In particular, delivery at specific times cannot be guaranteed for funerals, wedding receptions, parties or functions (although best efforts will be made).

Is Flowers respects your privacy and security when using the internet and placing on-line orders. 

Is Flowers must collect some personal information about our customers and their recipients in order to process and deliver orders. The personal information we require includes your name, phone number, email address and credit card details, as well as the recipient's name, address and contact number.  In accordance with Australian privacy laws, Is Flowers  does not disclose any personal information collected or stored by us to any third party without your permission (unless required to do so by law or where an unlawful activity such as credit card fraud is suspected).

Is Flowers is based in Toowoomba QLD.  Where orders are placed for delivery to other areas of Australia, or overseas, we use the Petals or Teleflora Florist Network to process those orders.   In placing those orders,  only the recipient and delivery details are sent to the Petals Florist Network.   Neither your personal information, nor your credit card details, are provided to the Petals Florist Network or any other agency.  Credit card information you send to us via the Internet is encrypted. We retain the credit card details only for so long as is neccesary to complete the order and during this time the information is stored on encrypted secure servers.

You will not receive any promotional material from is Flowers.  Additionally, is Flowers does not does not sell, trade or rent personal information that customers provide through our website.
